I have had multiple chances to bring this up to him, but I just don't know how. He will most likely feel violated when I explain to him how I made the discovery, but I truly was not snooping and looking for information. I can't help that it is my job to file paperwork for employees and happened to see his age. This is a really sticky, sensitive situation and I am unsure of how to handle it.
